Ya don't say? Everything but their eye color looks very similar. That, and she has a more feminine form, of course. Very obvious that they really like each other since they're both blushing. It might not be very obvious blushing like their entire face from forehead to chin, but its still nicely obvious.

I had actually forgotten about this request. Oops. Though now that I come to remember, I feel really ashamed of myself because I had asked you (back then) to draw me and Pit making out, when I know that you really, really, really dont like drawing that kind of stuff. Im sorry I promise you that this will be the last time I ever ask a request of you, since youre very busy with school and have other drawings for friends that you need to or want to do.
A small, curious question: Howd you make the background? Im pretty sure you used computer graphic design for it, but what techniques did you use? (Or if done by hand, what tools did you use?) Im asking because I really love how the background looks "painted," and I want to try that technique for my own art. (Of course, Ill probably fail at it )
I 'm glad! I like surprises!....good ones at least XD
......all those emotes blow me away
seriously....if there was a way I could give you a big hug I would o__o but I guess I'll just have to hug my computer.....it's not the most effective way but I hope you get my hug (and just for the record I really did hug my computer X'D)
errrp.....that was the request O/////O no I'm the one who's ashamed >__> I had forgotten that was the original topic.......curse my memory it's not always that good. I don't exactly hate doing those kind of things......I did one for ~Yumi-Chu and if I did one for her then you deserve one 10 times more. I'll draw you an outstanding picture of you and Pit. *__* it's my new goal! I promise that I can make an exception for my special friend.
actually.....I think I'm going to close all requests for anybody....I'll only be doing art trades and gifts/contests (seeing that I'm a bit overloaded with requests and such.) but I have decided that since you're my closest friend on DA.....you're the only one who will get and exception. I'll let you ask me to do requests. I don't mind at all. it's the least I could do for a friend.
heh heh heh I treat digital media like traditional media...so everything you see is done by hand. (except for the lineart....normally I do it in pen then scan it in but I wanted it to be extra perfect so I used the pen tool) all I really did is just took a regular brush (with the pen pressure set and everything) and [to start off] used a bluish grey and sorta scribbled in clouds with the opacity at 20-3%. then I used a lighter grey and started to make lighter scribbles (with the opacity still being the same). then I used a really really light blue (almost white) and set the brush opacity to 40-50% and sort of "speckled" the dots in...some dots will be bigger than the others depending on how hard you push and the brush size. then I went to pure white (opacity the same) and "speckled" the lighter parts. then finally I set the opacity to 100% and only did a few solid white dots just to heighten the light.....maybe I need to do a tutorial....I'm so happy to hear that you like the background.
and tell me if there was anything that you didn't understand.
And, honestly, I'm thrilled that you think it has a "paint" effect to it. I've been practicing that technique so It's wonderful to hear that my practice is paying off.
